Ogenki Clinic
It's based on a manga that's also had a live-action film adaptation, which I watched a couple of years ago. Both versions are silly, but could have been worse. The main difference is that the film's softcore-only while the anime's thoroughly X-rated, with lots of explicit but cartoonish sex.
It's a broad, goofy comedy. Doctor Tuaro Ogenki has a phallic hairstyle and a penis almost as big as his torso. Ogenki and Nurse Ruko Tatase (VOICED BY KIKUKO INOUE!!!) run a sex clinic and they love their job. They're both shag-happy and will do it with almost anyone. (Tatase will have reservations about humping her brother, but she'll overcome them. Meanwhile, Ogenki probably did it with a horse in the body-swap episode where he was in Tatase's body and excited about the female orgasm.) They're actually quite good at treating people's sex problems and Ogenki often gives surprisingly mature advice, but at the drop of a hat they'll act like dogs on heat again.
These three episodes contain twelve mini-episodes, each presumably a manga chapter. There's a Batman parody ("Mouse-Man") who's an exact rip-off except for the ear shape. (He can't get it up without a superhero costume.) You'll discover lesbians, strap-ons, shemales (to Ogenki's excitement and he'll start sucking her penis until Tatase clobbers him), impotence, heavy metal rock stars singing "kiss my arse", remote-controlled vibrators and a woman who's never orgasmed. Ogenki's landlady only accepts payment in sex and I laughed at her reaction to his temporary impotence after a marathon "rent collection". The rent will be late?!?
Is it good? Er... ish. I did laugh, although some of its gags haven't aged well. (I could have lived without the gropers on that train.) I never, though, felt impelled to keep watching. It's neither sexy nor dramatic. Or, often, interesting. It only has gag characters and none of its storylines matter, although I enjoyed the final one with Tatase's family. (Tatase and Ogenki have just agreed to marry each other when Mum enters and appears to be an old-fashioned prudish dragon mother who'll never let her daughter marry some filthy man... but then the entire Tatase family prove themselves beyond the pale. Ruko Tatase might be the healthiest of them. She's cheerfully sex-mad and she doesn't hide it.)
This one's well remembered. It's different. It made me laugh, but I wouldn't advise trying to marathon it. Ten minutes at a time was as much as I could expect to manage before my attention might start wandering.
"That doctor's penis is my property!"
"I suppose you've written your name on it, then?"
"Yes, just here."
"Good grief, you have..."
