One-line summary: Chinese genre-hopping
I think it's an isekai, although the episode I watched only had Chinese subtitles.
It starts with a hot female spy/assassin/thief who's stealing a ring. She defeats lots of security guards even though they have guns, she doesn't and everyone's just standing in a corridor. Uh-huh. Her ally stabs her and she falls off a balcony into the sea. She looks a bit dead... but then a magic circle activates.
Next, suddenly, we're in a fantasy setting. An androgynous magician with lightning bolts fights monsters. A woman gets her head held underwater and is whipped, but then turns the tables on her oppressors. It's all good dumb fun, with fight scenes that primarily obey the law of cool.
I quite liked it. It's not yet more sodding CGI, instead being properly hand-drawn. It also has lots of female characters, plenty of energy and good pace (although also a brief running time). You could do a lot worse.

One-line summary: bad Chinese CGI
Good grief, the CGI looks terrible. Mind you, the YouTube video I'm watching is low quality.
Big macho men, blue god guy, magic flame battles, pretty girl, zzzz.

One-line summary: Chinese CGI
I'm going to stop watching Chinese CGI anime. I've overloaded on them and I don't care. I've got too much to watch with just the Japanese stuff and for me at least that's language practice. I'll skip the Chinese shows next year.
Imagine some CGI that really wants to be a Hollywood blockbuster, set in a magical fantasy version of Chinese history. That's almost all of them. No, no, no. I give up.
