It's amusing wank. Our isekai hero is the best at everything and no one can beat him at anything, even when he's a three-year-old. Swordfighting, magic, you name it. The gods gave him all their gifts at everything. That's the reason for the title.
Also, he's become an aristocrat and keeps being given more titles, lands, etc. He can make enemies retreat by waving his social status at them. Oh, and polygamy is normal in this world (or at least for aristocrats), so our hero will have three fiancees who love, love!, LOVE!!! him even if he's not old enough yet for things to get physical. One has boobs so ridiculous that seeing her in the title sequence might make you laugh aloud (while saying "only in anime").
No, hang on. It's not just three fiancees. Googling tells me that he'll acquire more.
In other words, there's no meaningful drama. It's 12 episodes of the scriptwriter giving a hand job to the audience. Its genre might be "sitcom". There's a baddie towards the end who's badass enough to slow down our hero, but the outcome even there isn't really in doubt. We're watching to see how silly things will get and how much fun the show will have with shameless power incontinence. (Our hero will end up becoming a demi-god and I assume it's only a matter of time before he loses the "demi".) His name used to be Shiina Kazuya (Japanese name when he was alive), but now it's Cain von Silford (fantasy isekai name when he's reincarnated). He's nice. His friends are nice. Anyone who's not nice will be such a cartoonish bigot that he'd be too silly for Disney.
The sexual angle is just as shameless, but family friendly. You could show it to small children. However, boobs will be large and dresses will be low-cut. Girls fawn over Cain as he keeps being given fiancees. This is standard anime nonsense and we're not supposed to notice how disturbing it is underneath. Cain's biological age advances from 3 to 12 or so in the course of these twelve episodes, but he also remembers another 15+ years of life from his old life in Japan. His fiancees might seem to be his own age, but he's really a 25-year-old grooming a 10-year-old for marriage. Also, Tifana von Ribelt falls in unstoppable comedy love with a child (Cain) despite being an elf with a three-digit age.
Sometimes, this is amusing. The show's unchallenging, to put it mildly, but I was amused in episode 11 when Cain's told to summon a magical familiar. Most people get an animal. Cain summons the Lord of Darkness. Yeah, Satan himself... and even this guy is immediately in awe of our almighty hero and puts himself at Cain's service. "Please call me when you wish to destroy a nation."
I laughed. That's a decent comedy episode.
Is there any point in this anime? If you like drama that's actually good, hell no. It is, though, a relaxing way to kill time. It's friendly, good-natured and having fun with Cain's self-inflicted problems. He keeps trying to hide his true strength and failing for light comedy. Everyone boggles. It's twelve episodes of that, pretty much.
