It's garbage. Should I start avoiding 1980s Japanese pink films? It's a vaguely film-shaped lump of screen time, but without any vestige of a plot worth remembering, or characterisation worth a damn. Eight schoolgirls want to raise money to put on a play. Our evidence for their devotion to the dramatic arts is their poster of James Dean. And, of course, they perform sex acts for money. They even do a happy "yay!" pose when earning like this.
That's pretty much everything, really. The film's basically permutations of that. The majority of its scenes aren't dirty, but they're also not much good. One girl has sex with her teacher for cash and asks, "Do you think this counts as prostitution?" (Answer: yes, and I don't think much of the teacher either. He even reminds us of his job by telling her not to smoke.)
They charge for taking topless photos. They flip their skirts and drop their knickers. Towards the end, we finally see the stage performance for which they've been doing all this to raise money... and it's just more sleaze. They do a "sexy dance", etc. I'd have understood if they truly cared about drama and world literature, but would they really put a strip show in that category? Yes, it's the finale you'd expect from a stupid pink film like this, but it makes a mockery of everything that had gone before. Besides, putting on a strip show shouldn't require fundraising. Expenses: minimal. It's a money spinner. You can charge entrance fees.
Their drama club's name sounds dodgy in Japanese, which I assume is deliberate wordplay. "Roman-ko" would be a homonym for "Ro-manko". ("Ro" is a kanji with meanings that include nude, bare, exposed, etc. "Manko" is extremely crude and don't remember it.)
Don't bother. Nothing about this film is good. It's not even worth attention as a skin flick and it's just boring, really.
