It's a hentai based on a computer game. Its heroine is Sakurai Shino-sensei, called "Professor Shino" in the English version in what looks like an attempt to conceal the fact that she's a high school teacher whose extracurricular "classes" sometimes involve her students.
Shino's nice, but an airhead. Her thought processes go slowly, if we judge by her speech speed. She's also, though, open-minded and non-judgemental. When a female student (Sayaka Iijima) wants relationship advice, Shino asks if she's using contraception. Sayaka's horrified and complains that her boyfriend is trying to pressurise her into sex. Shino responds with a sex education class for Sayaka and the boyfriend, Tamotsu. (Shino also gets naked and even participates with fellatio, but Sayaka's soon pushing her away and claiming Tamotsu for her own.) This was educational for both students and Shino did a good thing there, but I'm sure she'd get sacked in a heartbeat if the school authorities learned that she's doing things like that.
Much stranger is the story of the three hoodlums. Shino sees them trying to extort money from one of their classmates... and immediately goes over to complain that they're not in class. They're taken aback. Is truancy the issue here? We're bad boys! Don't mess with us! It's unclear if Shino's even aware of distinctions like that. Later, the boys visit her apartment and commit what they think is a gang rape... little knowing that she'd been in the mood, thanks to Sayaka and Tamotsu. The next day, she gives the hoodlum's leader a failing grade for his sex performance, then helps correct his mistakes. If we don't do something, you won't be able to function in society!
"I guess I have no choice but to allow you to retake your exam."
Yes, she shags him. He's surprised too. Once again, Shino's methods work, with this "student" saying she's the first person ever to treat him so well. He'll mend his ways. This is a delicate character beat that could easily have looked silly or hackneyed, but the episode sells it.
The title is inaccurate, both in English and Japanese, since there's no actual seduction. Is this a good episode? Dunno about that, but it's loopy and successfully telling a startling story inside half an hour. I'm still convinced that Shino's a (nice) moron, though.
