Haite Kudasai Takamine san
Imagine you're a girl who's fancied a particular boy for years. You'd like to get closer to him. Do you...
1. Deliver a love confession?
2. Never do anything, lose your chance and be alone for the rest of your life?
3. Blackmail the boy into becoming your slave, giving him the job of putting fresh underwear on you after what you'd previously been wearing magically disappears? (This happens regularly, for Anime Reasons.) This is sometimes required in public places, e.g. at school. You're unfazed by this, and indeed by showing him as much of your voluptuous nudity as you possibly can. Also, you talk down to him while behaving like Queen Bitch of the World, because you're the student council president who can do anything she wants and is beloved by all.
Which of these possibilities do you think this series addresses? HINT: it's anime.
TAKAMINE has hentai superpowers. She can reverse time and rewrite recent events... but the price of doing so is removing either her bra or her knickers, which will then be magically destroyed. SHIROTA's job is to be Takamine's "closet". He'll carry spare underwear and put it back on her as required. Yes, she insists on the latter part. She can't be bothered doing it herself. This is one of many hints that Takamine has ulterior motives and possibly even romantic ambitions, although to her dismay Shirota is too timid and intimidated to take lewd advantage. Also, this time-rewinding will also erase everyone's memories of the unhappening timeline... unless they've previously seen Takamine's naked breasts! (This has been arranged for Shirota, of course.) Also, Takamine's superpower might disappear if she ever loses her virginity. I'd laugh so hard if someone talked Marvel or DC into publishing this.
The first few episodes are off-putting. Takamine's pretty hateful. Having Shirota arrested by the police on false charges as a sex offender... yow. She immediately unhappens this, but only so that she can blackmail him into becoming her "closet". She's scum, basically, and you'll dislike her.

Over time, though, it becomes clear that she genuinely likes Shirota. She wanted to get close to him and thought this was the best way to do it. It's a romance between two idiots. We're watching both Shirota and Takamine grow, both as people and in their relationship. Ultimately, it even becomes warm and nice. They're pretty wacky together, e.g. Takamine goes from putting Shirota's hand on her naked breast (episode 1, doesn't have the desired effect) to forcing him to do things by using nudity as a threat. "Do as I say or my top will fall off" and so on. He's easily shocked, conventional and wants to defend Takamine's non-existent modesty. He worries about her more than she does. He wants to protect her name and stop her from destroying her reputation at school and elsewhere. Only one person here is aghast at nudity and it's not Takamine.
Takamine must be rich, incidentally. She'll be spending money like water on all that expensive lingerie she keeps destroying because, say, she scored "only" 98% on a test.
Takamine tries all sorts of things. Nursing an ill Shirota in bed and putting his face in her boobs. Home tutoring to improve his grades. Playing housewife, with a naked apron. So far, so sleazy... but then things get more interesting when we meet Shirota's childhood friend, Ellie. She takes the comedy to another level, because the toweringly jealous Takamine hurls a torrent of filthy accusations to no effect at the cheerful, innocent Ellie. She doesn't even understand them. She thinks she's made two new friends! This is glorious. Ellie's so adorable that soon she even wins over Takamine.
My favourite stretch of the show was episodes 8-10, when it's a three-hander. After that, we have a little story arc about a school production of Cinderella. This is okay and shows significant growth for our heroes, but ends with... ah well. It's nice, but it's the silly finale of a silly series. I'm happy for our heroes, though.
Despite a terrible start, I ended up liking this show. I'm a sucker for a romance series and this, eventually, turns into a nice one. It has sincerity and character growth for both of our heroes, despite the ridiculous, hentai-like premise. It's a decent comedy when Ellie's around. Obviously, it's wildly sleazy... but at least it's being imaginative about it.
