It's a short that was shown with the Mahoutsukai PreCure movie. Mirai and Mofurun have a magical lesson. This requires audience participation with Miracle Lights, which surprised me in a five-minute cartoon. (Five minutes of story, then ninety seconds of cute CGI end credits and a rather good new theme song, The Right Way To Use Magic. The latter's the main theme for the accompanying Mahoutsukai movie and also got used as the replacement end credits for eps.38-39 of the TV show.)
The CGI makes Mirai look like a squeaky doll or a bath toy, but in a good way. It's the CGI equivalent of super-deformed manga art. It looks great. Mofurun looks slightly off-putting, though, with sandpaper fur. You wouldn't want to hug her, which is regrettable in a teddy bear.
There are also Aardman-ish bees, with those postbox mouths.
Anyway, it's a laugh. Mirai and Mofurun start casting magic on each other, which goes as well as you're imagining. It's the kind of happy roller-coaster you'd expect from a cartoon. It's got jokes. It's definitely worth six minutes of your time.
