It's silly OVA nonsense from Katsuhiko Nishijima, the perpetrator of Agent Aika and Najica Blitz Tactics (the two most infamous panty shot anime of all time), plus outright porn like Cream Lemon.
It's okay. Moderately amusing. I laughed aloud once, when Galan catches the wrong girl.
It's a comedy starring idiots. The hero is Galan, a blond Russian twat who adores samurai and wants to be one himself. He'll often be found hanging from the ceiling (because he smashed his head through during play-acting) and you can entrap him by tying a rope to some swords and pulling them along the ground. The supporting cast include Natsu (arranging her marriage to Galan when he's not even her boyfriend yet and in addition she has a fiance), Kasumi (Natsu's insane maid who's in drooling love with that unwanted fiancee) and other women with big boobs.
Knickers also feature, of course. From every angle, in close up... and yet there's no nudity, except innocuously from behind.
GOOD THINGS
Kasumi is endearingly absurd. She goes around with a hospital drip in her arm, becomes saucer-eyed with distress if Natsu wants to do anything for herself (e.g. knock on a door) and is a worshipful sexual predator when Datenoshin is in the room.
Everyone's a nutcase. Everyone.
The show's full of energy, even if a lot of the jokes are stupid and childish. The only way to visit Natsu's house, for instance, is allegedly to jump out of a plane. (Unless, of course, you're Datenoshin and Carrie, in which case you just drive up.) This isn't even trying to make sense, but that doesn't matter because it's fun to see Galan getting pushed out of a plane. Meanwhile, Kasumi's still attached to her hospital drip even as she parachutes down.
Would I recommend this? Nope. Despite the skeevy panty shots, it's a children's cartoon. Natsu's dad is a sleazebag. Murder attempts are strictly for laughs. It's mildly amusing, but that's it.
