It's incoherent. Sometimes it plays like a 35-minute trailer for itself, with trailer-like music. The music never stops. The dialogue never starts. We've no idea how anything is connected with what's around it. (Perhaps I'd find out if I read all the Japanese on-screen text, but the video's not even remotely worth that kind of time investment.)

There's a festival where girls sit on a five-foot penis, as if it were a merry-go-round at a fairground. That might have been a dream. There's what looks like a sexual torture device. There's a shemale (unless that was a strap-on) and a samurai sword. I've no idea what any of this means.

It looks ugly as hell. Let's get that out of the way. The girls' faces look a little bit like sea creatures. That said, though, the stories themselves are quite nice, if you can tolerate Ken's apparent age in the first episode.

A boy called Ken is scolding his girlfriend Nozomi for not keeping their relationship secret at school. He looks young and she looks extremely... uh, ripe, so he'd been teased about it. They'd been called mother and son. I still found Ken's attitude annoying, though.

Anyway, Nozomi's eager to take their relationship to the next stage. Most of the episode's screen time is portraying exactly what happens with that.

An extremely annoyed Suzune is wearing naughty underwear on Kiyo's request. They had a bet. If he beat her on a school test, she'd do whatever he asked for a whole day. She didn't think that through, did he?

That said, though, despite all her grumbling and bad temper, she doesn't actually welch on their bet. Most girls under those circumstances would just leave and tell Kiyo to drop dead. She's not as unwilling as she looks. Ultimately, you could almost call this story romantic.

Harue is an older lady being nice to a young male colleague. Very, very nice, even though she keeps saying they can't keep doing this and that first time was just a one-off. But he doesn't care about their age gap.

You can tell Iowa's American by her stars-and-stripes gloves and stockings. She also has a tiny stars-and-stripes bikini, but that's just one of several outfits that appear and disappear while she's dancing.

No sex, just magical stripping. The song's okay, but not the kind of thing you pay much attention to.

It's an isekai and not that bad, actually. It's better than quite a few TV isekai anime, although that's a low bar.

Magic can blast through mountains, etc. This could become comedic if male adventurers also learn about Oikawa, but so far the hentai's not interested in that. Instead, we have a foursome with Filia Shiora the warrior, Tiane Rutheim the priestess, Llusse the grumpy elf and Oikawa's infinite ejaculation superpowers. (Seriously, the guy should be a paper shell after all this.)

The plot's just an excuse for sex scenes, obviously. If you fast-forward through the porn, it's an extremely thin episode. It does have its moments, though. "This is for the sake of world peace, right?"
