It's one of those obscure films that's not on imdb. It's also incoherent, plotless and crazed. This is diverting for a while (murder, missing limbs, cerebral palsy, nudity, rock bands, etc.), but my interest waned after the first half-hour.
Matilda (who has no legs) and Linda (who has only one leg) are holding three people at gunpoint and asking them to choose a survivor. They say they'll shoot the other two... and they're not joking. We see them do exactly that. The survivor is then made to crawl naked down an alleyway on all fours, with a dog lead around his neck. Life is cheap in this film, which is liable to shoot someone in the head because it can't think of any other way to end a scene. That "choose a survivor" murder dilemma also keeps popping up, with variants.
Corpses rain from the sky and go SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT. A bloke in death metal makeup goes around murdering people. A topless middle-aged woman demonstrates that she's lactating. Someone sees a colleague up a ladder with a noose around his neck and has no reaction except to tell him to die. (This callous observer gets attacked and dragged away.) Murderers get murdered and in some cases tortured first, e.g. severing body parts and pulling out the tongue with pliers. We're told that a baseball bat will be inserted up the arse, which I have no reason to doubt. Two barmaids plan to kill their customers.
There are several scenes of rock and/or metal bands. One such scene alternates between band practice and beating murderers with baseball bats, on the orders of someone in a pig's head.
The film's in black-and-white, except when it's not.
There are sex scenes, sometimes involving cerebral palsy. A yakuza wants to send his daughter into the sex industry, but we've already seen her urinate on his corpse. Getting shot repeatedly at point blank range needn't stop you crawling up some stairs. Someone gets strapped to a bomb with a one-hour countdown.
In summary, it's a mess. The cast includes actors with names like The Crazy SKB, DEATH, GIMICO and Stone Age Troupe. You definitely don't need to watch this film, especially if children are in the room. If you're morbidly curious, though, by all means watch any random ten-minute segment. They'd all be as representative as each other. There's no plot progression (and indeed it would be hard to argue that it has a plot at all), so it wouldn't matter where you jumped in.
