Miu Osawa
It's ecchi power fantasy garbage with a protagonist who was unremarkable back then, but hasn't aged well. I don't hate the show, but it's a product of the anime sausage machine. It presents us with a version of modern Japan that's so familiar with isekai heroes that they've started a school for them. They call it "summoning syndrome". This has affected thousands of people and their otherworldly powers (e.g. magic) can be used here too. "As a result, in an effort to give proper guidance to these uniquely-abled young adults and help them benefit mankind, the New United Nations has created a special autonomous state where it has founded an educational institution known as BABEL."
The cast is generic... no, it's worse than that. The hero, Akatsuki Osawa, is a sex offender we're expected to identify with, while the girls he humiliates are patsies. Akatsuki strips and gropes girls, uses a superpower to make them wet themselves, makes them wear demeaning outfits, levitates on the ceilings of showers and women's changing rooms, etc. Will there be panty shots? Of course. This is one of those anime with nudity and nipples, generally unwanted and to the dismay of the girls themselves. We're also expected to believe that swimsuit manufacturers sometimes make their products from fabric that becomes transparent when wet. You can unsuspectingly buy these swimsuits in stores.
Akatsuki's favourite victim is a slightly blob-like girl called Miu Osawa who was the daughter of the Dark Lord until Akatsuki killed him. She has big boobs, but an anonymous, dough-like face. She gets a surprisingly respectable level of heroism at the finale, confronting the duality of her parentage, but for most of the series she's just being sexually harassed. Akatsuki brought her from the isekai world and she can't do much for herself. Otherwise, there's a hostile Student Council Vice-President who gets stripped almost as often as Miu. And then... uh, well, there were definitely other girls, but good luck trying to tell them apart.
Beyond all that, though, the show's sort of basically okay. I don't hate it. Akatsuki's confident, friendly and heroic. People always forgive him (even if they're also irritated). He saves children and stops baddies, albeit with the usual overconfident swaggering of this kind of light novel hero. Even the sleaze is comparatively light. This isn't a tits and arse anime. It's yet another light-hearted power fantasy action nonsense with a protagonist too strong for dramatic tension... which also occasionally shows tits and arse, from time to time.
There's not much point in watching this show, to be honest. If you're looking for trash or sleaze, there's stupider and more brazen out there. As action nonsense, it's short of personality. It's the kind of thing that only got an anime adaptation because of bandwagon-jumping and a then-fashionable genre.
